Concord, NH, February, 20, 2020 - Concord Crew provides winter training to keep our athletes fit in between seasons. This is a terrific service offered by our coaches at no cost to the athletes. Winter training days occur several times a week in Concord.
In addition to strength training, stretching and using ergometers to keep fit, some of our coaches and athletes brave the New Hampshire winter for trail or street running.
"I've been doing the runs with them for the past couple of weeks, and the athletes seem to enjoy it as something different and new." remarks Coach Christine.
