Our spring season is open for registration. Below you will find information about registration, uniforms, and our program. If you still have questions please reach out to info@concordcrew.org.

REGISTRATION DATES AND FEES:

• Opens 2/17 (4PM) and closes 3/21 (2AM)
• $50 late fee applied after 3/21
• Must be registered to come to practice
• $850 per rower for the spring season
• $725 per coxswain (135 pounds or less) for the spring season
• The processing fee added by SportsEngine is not included in the above totals.
• All registration fees include hospitality
• Sibling discount of $75 for each additional sibling registered at the same time. If you do not register the sibling rowers at the same time we can not apply the discount
  • 2 athletes: use code SPRING24TWO at checkout
  • 3 athletes: use code SIBLING24THREE at checkout
• Payable in full or in three (two for coxswains) installments. $300.00 initial payment due at registration then payments divided equally on March 15th and April 15th. If you register on or after March 15th you will be charged the initial payment and the first installment.
• Registration should be completed by a parent or guardian
• Please have the parent/guardian and rower read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately
• To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

SCHOLARSHIPS 

• Scholarships are available on a limited basis. Please fill out the Scholarship Application prior to registering.

US ROWING:

• All athletes must be registered at the “championship” level at US Rowing prior to registration
• The registration must not expire prior to December 31, 2024
• We are listed on “Friends of Concord Crew” and our code FCKPY

PRACTICE:

• All athletes begin on Tuesday, March 19th at 4:00pm
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of practice
• Make sure to dress appropriately for the weather in clothes that allow movement for training.
• Be sure to bring water in a non-breakable container (not glass)
• The Bert Whittemore Boathouse is located behind the Everett Arena at: 15 Loudon Rd, Concord, NH 03301

IMPORTANT DATES AND CALENDAR

• Beginning of Season Meeting: Mandatory attendance by the athlete and a parent/guardian. Wednesday, March 20th from 6:30 to 8:00 pm at 14 Canterbury Road, Concord, NH (Concord Parks and Rec. building)
• Novices will be required to pass a swim test. It will be scheduled within the first 2 weeks of practice. An email will be sent as soon as the information is confirmed.
• The calendar on our website is kept up-to-date with practice, races, meetings, times, so please check it frequently

REGATTAS:

• Required for regattas
  • Varsity - Unisuit available from JL Rowing. Order information will be provided in the 'welcome' email you will receive once upon submission of t this registration. ​​​​​
  • Novice - Concord Crew tank and back spandex bottoms. The tanks are $42 and available from the apparel committee
• Saratoga - Accomodations are required for the nights of April 26th and 27th. Concord Crew has reserved a block of rooms for anyone that would like to stay in the same hotel/area. This information will be provided in the 'Welcome' email you will receive once you submit this registration.

• Parents are encouraged to sign up for SportsEngine on the website chat so they keep in touch with questions.
• Want to associate another guardian with your athlete? Adding another guardian allows that person to get messages related to Concord Crew events associated with your athlete.
